The Bengal Travel Mart North East's Biggest Travel & Tourism Fair
The concept of Bengal Travel Mart (BTM) was conceived by Eastern Himalayas Travel and Tour
Operators' Association (EHTTOA) and was made possible by the blessings from Hon'ble Chief
Minister of West Bengal, Smt. Mamata Banerjee & the then Minister in Charge, North Bengal
Development Department (NBDD), Hon'ble Shri Goutam Deb.
The motto of this endeavour is to showcase the tourism infrastructure and facilities to the
national and global audience and specially to the trade people for better marketing of
tourist and tourism facilities throughout West Bengal.

B2B meetings are planned for setting up partnerships of companies selling products of West Bengal and buyers from rest of the country as well as with international buyers.

General Travel Fair has been planned at the Bengal Travel Mart 2018 so that general public can take part in BTM and they can be informed about the new products or development or govt.

Eastern Himalayas Travel and Tour Operators’ Association (EHTTOA) is one and only Tourism based association and apex body of tour operators in Eastern Himalayan Region with its headquarter in Siliguri. Its membership reflects trust, quality and transparency in service. The activity of the association includes co-coordinating with similar associations within and outside of India, acting as a think tank for the region of East Himalaya, function as a pressure group in developing better tourism infrastructure and tourist friendly mindset, arranging regular programs for promotion of tourism, ensuring hassle free travel for the visitors.
